  Yesterday we drove 10 miles with family expecting a great Cold Stone experience but alas the experience was well below satisfactory. There is one novice in the store. She presented half scoop ice creams to my 3 & 4 year olds totally disappointing them. My shake was only 3/4 full. My husband ordered a create your ice-cream and was told he couldn't have extra bananas. Total experience was ruined. I don't think i will going to this store again

  the only person who is responsible for the poor service is the owner himself by not giving the worker the correct training.

  Terrible experience!!
  Ordered custom cake with red frosting, and was delivered pink. Contacting the manager, owner will be just a waste of time with no response. Finally got a very rude response from somebody from this franchise suggesting cake shouldn't have picked up.
  
  If Coldstone doesn't understand the relevance of the cake on birthday (or any other events) -> they shouldn't be in cake business. Filed complaint in head quarters - hope they care. I suggest don't order custom cakes else be ready for surprise without any choices.
  
  If you pick the ready cakes - they are awesome!!
